El Delicioso Tex Mex is a longtime part of Parker’s Mainstreet dining scene with a story that is deeply connected to family, community and generations of experience.
The restaurant was formerly known as Las Delicias before entering a new chapter under local ownership in 2026. Juan Andrade, who began working at the restaurant more than 30 years ago, now leads the restaurant under its new name. Many of the longtime favorites remain on the menu, alongside new dishes inspired by family recipes.
