Market Date: Saturday, December 5, 2026
Location: O’Brien Park Parking Lot in Downtown Parker, along the parade route
Market Hours: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Application Deadline: November 1, 2026
Application Notification
Applicants will receive a status email approximately two weeks after applying.
Your application status will be listed as:
• Accepted
• Waitlisted
• Not Accepted
Accepted vendors will receive a payment link with their acceptance notification.
ABOUT THE DOWNTOWN PARKER HOLIDAY MARKET
Set in beautiful O’Brien Park in the heart of Downtown Parker, the Downtown Parker Holiday Market is a festive outdoor holiday shopping experience featuring 100+ vendors, food trucks and community activities.
The Holiday Market is free and open to the public and is presented by the Downtown Business Alliance of Parker, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
The market showcases a variety of Colorado artists, makers and crafters, along with select quality imported goods vendors and commercial partners.
Products may include:
• Handmade art and crafts
• Jams and specialty foods
• Candles
• Knitted and crocheted goods
• Paintings and artwork
• Soaps and body products
• Jewelry
• Woodworking
• Ceramics
• Baked goods
• Holiday décor and crafts
• Christmas ornaments
• Clothing, home goods and accessories
• And more
The Downtown Parker Holiday Market is the perfect place for guests to shop for unique holiday gifts, enjoy community music and dance performances, connect with local businesses, take photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus and grab a bite from participating food trucks.
VENDOR BOOTH FEES
All vendor spaces are 10' x 10' and located outdoors.
Nonprofit 501(c)(3): $100
Original and Handcrafted Vendors: $125
Imported Items: $200
Corporate / Commercial Booth: $395
Corner Space Upgrade: Additional $75
BOOTH DISPLAY & EQUIPMENT
Vendors are responsible for providing their own:
• Tent
• Tables
• Chairs
• Displays
• Signage
• Other necessary booth equipment
All tents must be properly secured and weighted down for safety.
Electricity is not provided.
LOAD IN & SETUP
Vendor load in and setup will begin on:
Saturday, December 5, 2026 at 6:30 AM
Vendors will be assigned a specific load in time based on their booth location.
During your designated load in period, you will be able to pull your vehicle up to or near your assigned booth space to unload.
Please follow all event staff instructions regarding vehicle access and setup.
TEAR DOWN
Vendor tear down may begin only after:
• The Holiday Market has officially closed
• The public has been cleared from the vendor area
• Event organizers receive the all clear from law enforcement
For the safety of attendees and other vendors, early breakdown is not permitted.
VENDOR PARKING
Vendor parking will be conveniently located on the west side of the O’Brien Park parking lot.
Additional parking and access instructions will be included with final vendor information.
NUMBER OF VENDORS
The 2026 Downtown Parker Holiday Market is expected to feature:
100+ vendors, plus participating food trucks.
FINAL VENDOR INFORMATION
Accepted vendors will receive their:
• Booth assignment
• Vendor map
• Load in time
• Setup information
• Final event instructions
during the week of November 22, 2026.
USE OF VENDOR NAME & PRODUCT INFORMATION
By accepting participation in the Downtown Parker Holiday Market, vendors grant the Downtown Business Alliance of Parker permission to use the vendor’s business name, exhibitor name, product names, photos and descriptions of products or work for the purpose of promoting the Holiday Market.
This may include use in event advertising, websites, email marketing, media outreach and social media.
SALES TAX INFORMATION
Vendors selling merchandise at the Downtown Parker Holiday Market are responsible for collecting 8% sales tax on applicable event sales.
The 8% sales tax is currently broken down as follows:
Town of Parker: 3%
State of Colorado / RTD: 4%
Douglas County: 1%
Town of Parker Sales Tax
The Downtown Business Alliance of Parker has obtained a Town of Parker sales tax license for the event on behalf of participating vendors.
Participating vendors will receive a Town of Parker Sales Tax Worksheet before or during the event.
The Town of Parker requires the Downtown Business Alliance of Parker to collect the 3% Town of Parker sales tax owed by participating vendors and remit it to the Town on the vendors’ behalf.
Please be prepared to remit your 3% Town of Parker sales tax near the close of the Holiday Market on Saturday, December 5.
Payment may be made by:
• Cash
• Check payable to The Parker Downtown Business Alliance
An event staff member will visit vendor booths to collect the payment and provide a receipt.
State of Colorado / RTD & Douglas County Sales Tax
Vendors are responsible for remitting the remaining:
4% State of Colorado / RTD tax
1% Douglas County tax
through their normal sales tax reporting process.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All participating vendors are required to review and agree to the Downtown Parker Holiday Market Terms & Conditions before participating.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Holiday Market.
Vendor categories and product offerings may be limited to help maintain a diverse mix of businesses, artists, makers and products throughout the market.

Parking is easy throughout Downtown Parker, with free public lots, convenient on-street spaces and the PACE Center parking garage all within walking distance of Mainstreet. Planning to stay awhile? We recommend using one of the public lots or the PACE garage. On-street parking is limited to two hours Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Photo & Video Release Statement: By attending Downtown Parker events, you understand and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. These images and recordings may be used by the Downtown Business Alliance and the Downtown Parker Business Improvement District (BID) for promotional, marketing, and public relations purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, newsletters, and other communication channels. Attendance at an event constitutes your consent to such photography, filming, and use of your image without payment or further notice. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify an event organizer on-site.
