Downtown Parker Event Submission Guidelines
We’re thrilled you want to promote your event in Downtown Parker! To help us streamline submissions and ensure consistency across our channels, please review and follow the guidelines below prior to submitting your event.
Eligibility
Events must take place within the Downtown Parker Business Improvement District boundaries.
Events hosted by DBA members or Downtown Parker businesses will receive priority.
We are currently not accepting personal parties, fundraisers, or multi-level marketing events.
Submission Deadline
Please submit events at least 3 weeks in advance of the event date.
Events submitted after the deadline are not guaranteed promotion.

Our “Meet Me in DTP” newsletter
Social media posts or stories
Website event calendar
“Things to Do This Week/Weekend” roundups
Note: Submission does not guarantee placement.
Required Information
Please include the following in your submission:
Event Name
Date & Time
Location/Venue
Host Business/Organization
Brief Description (Max 500 characters)
Event Link or RSVP details
Flyer or Graphic (JPG or PNG format preferred)
Tips for Better Promotion
Use high-quality images and concise, engaging copy.
Clearly communicate any ticket or registration info.
Make sure your website or link includes full event details.
