By attending Downtown Parker events, you understand and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. These images and recordings may be used by the Downtown Business Alliance and the Downtown Parker Business Improvement District (BID) for promotional, marketing, and public relations purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, newsletters, and other communication channels. Attendance at an event constitutes your consent to such photography, filming, and use of your image without payment or further notice. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify an event organizer on-site.
